At In The Shot we try to be flexible with our prices, and all packages can be customised to suit your needs because we believe that photography is not only about capturing beautiful images, but also presenting them in a way which suits you. The pricing below lists our standard packages but they are really only a guideline, they can always be tailored to suit your needs to add in additional hours, albums, slide shows and more to make sure you get exactly what you want. Wedding Photography
As well as the standard packages below, we offer professional design of wedding albums, prints from 6″x4″ up to 60″x40″ and DVD slide shows which can be added to each package, please get in touch for more information. Though the packages below all include a DVD of print ready images with a personal use license so you are free to print as many copies as you like for yourself and family, if you want us to handle the printing too just let us know.

| Ideal for if you are working to a tight budget, this package gives you everything you need but leaves out all the additional extras.
Arriving half an hour before the ceremony we’ll get straight to work photographing the final details of the wedding party getting ready. We’ll then capture the bride arriving at the ceremony and all of the proceedings with stylish beautiful images. We’ll then continue to shoot as the happy couple leave the ceremony, capturing the group shots to give you friends and family chance to be in the photos of your special day. We’ll capture the start of your reception along with a staged cake cutting before leaving you to enjoy your day. Within 14 days of the wedding your preview images will be available in your web gallery for you and your family to enjoy for one month, and your DVD of full resolution images, in colour and black and white for every shot, will be available for you to print as many pictures as you like. |

| If you’d like to capture a bit more of the story of your wedding then our Silver package could be just what you’re looking for.
We’ll arrive an hour before the ceremony and get straight to work taking photos of the wedding part getting ready to capture that pre-wedding excitement from both sides. Next we’ll head to the ceremony ready to capture the guests arriving, as well as the groom and last but not least the arrival of the bride. We’ll capture your ceremony in wonderful detail making sure every important moment is caught beautifully, and be ready as the happy couple leaves the ceremony. After the group shots where your friends and family get to share in the joy of your day, we follow you to the reception where we’ll show the happiness and love of your friends and family as you greet them as man and wife for the first time. We’ll continue shooting the rest of the wedding reception capturing the speeches, the detail of the wedding and the cutting of the cake, up until the first dance. After the wedding your pictures will be made available in an on line gallery within 14 days for you and your loved ones to view for 1 month, from which you can select 5 images to have printed at high quality 10″x8″ and your DVD of high resolution images, in colour and black and white for every shot, will be ready for collection for you print as many copies as you would like. |

Starting an hour and a half before the wedding, we capture the preparation and getting ready and record that pre-wedding excitement perfectly. Shortly before the ceremony we’ll depart so we’re there ready to capture the guest arrivals, the groom’s arrival and the bride as she walks down the aisle. Throughout the ceremony we’ll be working hard to capture every moment in beautiful stylish photographs that will provide happy memories for years to come. As the happy couple leave the venue we’ll still be shooting, and also ready to capture the group shots to involve your loved ones in the shots from the day. We’ll continue shooting right through the reception as you greet your guests as man and wife, capturing the speeches, the detail of the wedding and all those other special moments such as the cutting of the cake and the first dance. Even as the night progresses and the evening reception is well underway we’ll still be there shooting, making sure you’ve got plenty of photographs telling the story of your entire wedding day. After the wedding your pictures will be made available in an on line gallery within 14 days for you and your loved ones to view for 1 month, from which you can select 10 images to have printed at high quality 10″x8″ and your DVD of high resolution images, in colour and black and white for every shot, will be ready for collection so you are free to print as many copies as you like. | For the complete wedding package to take all of the stress out of wedding photography, our platinum package is ideal.
Starting early in the day to capture all of that pre-wedding excitement from the bridal party and the grooms-men we’re by your side for the entire day. After capturing the preparations on the morning, we head straight to the ceremony venue to capture everyone’s arrival, from the guests up to the groom then the bride. We’re there shooting and capturing everything as your wedding ceremony progresses, recording every moment with stunning beautiful images you’ll be proud of. After we’ve shot you walking down the aisle together, we’d usually move straight on to the group shots to give your loved ones chance to be photographed with you as man and wife for the first time. As you greet people and are congratulated at the start of the reception we’ll still be on hand shooting with our unobtrusive reportage style, making sure no moment will be forgotten. We’ll be there taking photos as the day progresses with the speeches, the cake cutting and as you and your partner share your first dance. We’ll continue shooting as your guests arrive for the evening reception and ensure that the entire evening will be recorded in stylish photos for you to remember. We’ll do everything we can to record the story of your big day in all its glory, from the big moments to the tiniest detail, nothing will be missed. Even after the ceremony we’ll make sure everything is handled for you, giving you an on line gallery for 6 months where you and your guests can view all of the images from the day. We’ll get all of your images ready on to a DVD slide show set to music so you can relax and watch it on any DVD player. We’ll print 20 of your favourite images in high quality 10″x8″ and also prepare a 10″x8″ album with all of your favourite images in. Just in case you do want to get more shots printed we’ll also provide a DVD with all of the high resolution images, in colour and black and white for every shot, so you are free to print any extra copies you might want. |

Plant A Tree
The travel involved in getting everyone to a wedding, and the carbon produced, can have quite an impact on the planet. At In The Shot we would like to try and help you offset that carbon. For no extra cost we will sponsor a tree being planted with any wedding package and present you with the gift pack confirming that a tree has been planted and dedicated in your name. If you would like this to be included free with your package, just confirm at the time of booking and we will arrange everything prior to the big day.
Anniversary Gift
Even after the wedding day is over, the photos have all been processed and presented back to you, we still like to make sure we offer the best service we can to all happy couples who include us in their special occasion. As your first wedding anniversary will be the ‘Paper Anniversary’ we would like to help you celebrate that by sending you a voucher for 50% off any photo shoot. That shoot could be a portrait session for you and your partner to celebrate your first year together, photos of your child if you’re starting a family or anything else you wish.
Children & Families

We all know that kids grow up so fast, and having great pictures to capture the memories is something most parents want. With photo shoots in the comfort of your own home or a studio that we know will produce pictures you will treasure forever, a kids photoshoot is a perfect way to remember those special years.
Prices start from £30 for a 1 hour shoot at your home (or perhaps even in the park, or at the beach) with 5 prints at 10″x8″, but can be expanded to include more prints, canvases, albums and other options.
Portrait & Boudoir
Prices starting from £75
Whether you’re looking for head shots for professional use, building up a modeling portfolio or simply a boudoir shoot for that someone special in your life, then we’re confident we will be able to help. Prices start at £75 for approximately 2 hours of photography with professional editing and retouching of the photos. All images are then provided in a secure on line page or as a sheet of print proofs for you to select the images you like. Images can then be purchased as prints, albums, canvases or high-resolution digital files for professional use.
Model Portfolio Package
A full portfolio from £200
If you’re an aspiring model looking to start a portfolio, or build on one you already have then our portfolio package may be just what you need. For £200 you get half a day shooting at a location of your choosing (with studio space available for an additional fee). Once the shoot is finished and you’ve had chance to pick your favourite photographs you’ll get 25 prints at 10″x8″, 50 prints at 6″x4″ and a CD with all images at medium resolution ready for uploading to modeling and portfolio sites. Further prints, albums, canvases and high-resolution images for commercial use are available as options.
Hair and makeup artists are available on request for additional fees, but if you’d rather do your own then that is absolutely fine!
Deposit
All bookings require a 30% deposit to be paid once we’ve had a meeting and have confirmed your requirements, if you decide to go ahead with the shoot. This is to ensure that in peak periods your date is saved and your shoot is booked as soon as possible.
